Happy Independence Day!

I will be celebrating by visiting my brother in the city where independence was declared. It also happens be the "city of brotherly love", which is fitting considering that's where my bro resides.

Hopefully there are fireworks and beer for most of us (except the children) in the not too distant future, and if we're lucky, some food prepared on a grill as well.

233 years ago a bunch of stodgy white dudes with bad wigs signed the document that would forever change the course of history, and finally free us from British oppression. What better way to celebrate then by lighting stuff on fire and practicing general drunkery.

Have fun everyone, and be safe!

  1. why is it called the city of brotherly love when it is considered the most unfriendly city in the U.S?
throwing coins heated up by lighters, throwing batteries, stabbing people wearing the wrong jersey in the parking lot after the game... and that's just the cheerleaders...

  2. not to mention booing santa, and throwing snowballs.
